Ever dreamed of becoming a Zombie for a day? Running through the streets and chasing down living humans? Have you ever thought of EATING your own friends? Here is your one-and-only chance with the exhilarating iOS and Android app, Zombie Tsunami.

“Zombie Tsunami carves its own path with a great claymation style and roaming hordes of the walking, and jumping dead,” as the app was rated 5/5 according to AppSpy.com. The electrifyingly-delicious app has been featured in a zombi-fied BitBag article under “Top 5 Best Android Games to Download If You Can’t Get Enough Of ‘The Walking Dead’”.

The app is entirely searchable on Google Play, just type in “Zombie” and you will see the game listed as number one – what else could you ask for in terms of visibility?!

With over 1.9 million Facebook likes and 30,000 Twitter followers, Mobigame is an independent development studio creating innovative games for digital platforms. Located in Paris, France, Mobigame has developed Zombie Tsunami along with various unique, mind-puzzling games such as Cross Fingers, Edge, Perfect Cell and Truckers Delight.

Edge, a puzzle game developed by Mobigame, was named one of Apple’s 30 “favorite games” on the App Store’s first birthday, according to Metacritic.

Zombie Tsunami has been featured on iTunes in over 190 places including “what’s hot”, according to App Annie. The bright colors, happy music and frightening looking characters make the app that much more enjoyable! Don’t forget about Zombie Tsunami’s Instagram account, for all of you Zombie-lovers out there.

Not only is there a PC version to this app, but the in-app purchase model is simple and works extremely well. Along with its eye-catching name, Zombie Tsunami has been well ranked using its targeted keywords (Zombie, Zombie Run, etc.). The game’s dynamic game play, obstacles and characters show up immediately and attract users into playing the game. Unfortunately for the trendy and fun game app, the game was previously called “Zombie Carnival”, by assumption changing the name may have effected the popularity of the app. The app’s Facebook and Instagram fan pages, sadly, have not been updated in a few months, hopefully we see a positive change in that aspect and the app can work on updating these animated outlets.

Zombie Tsunami devours and spits out close competitors such as Zombie Smasher, Zombie Diary, Stupid Zombies and Zombie Derby. A few features that make Zombie come out on top are as follows:

  • Flesh-eating fun for the entire family
  • 8 different power-ups and bonuses to help your zombie crew run further and destroy more
  • Over 300 missions to conquer
  • Nine worldwide locations to take over
Pros:
  • 1. zombies are trendy
  • 2. there is even PC version
  • 3. good finding with lottery tickets as a
    prize
  • 4. in-app purchases model works wel
Cons:
  • 1. the game was previously called “Zombie Carnaval” and reviewed by 148apps.com, probably renaming played the bad trick with the app
  • 2. PR & marketing strategy needs to be implemented constantly, though the community of loyal users is huge, they tend to forget about “good old zombies”
  • 3. occasional graphics update worked well on Christmas, go decorate the app for each holiday: create new costumes, new prizes, new powerups etc. That’s how you grow the user base and keep loyals interested.

User Warning: You are not real zombie, do not forget – this is an app! For more Zombie Tsunami action,
