In Save the Comet you CANNOT actually control the comet (the main character) but you can benefit from the planets’ gravity to change the comet’s direction – it’s a tricky situation! The interactive and addictive game combines gravity with action and pace and it is sure to keep you on your toes.

The ultimate objective of the game is to save the comet from crashing into all kinds of celestial objects in space such as planets, meteors and merciless Hyper-Nova. To put it simply, you HAVE to beat the highest score! In order to do this, you have to drag the mighty planets with the tip of your finger, orbit them to get a high-score, absorb their Stardust and crash those meteors. This game may sound easy, but you have to try it out to really test out your galaxy exploration skills!

The developers, MogaMecha Game Studio, created this game merely from a quick and simple idea that popped into their heads – comets and planets were the first ideas formed. The masterminds behind this app built this idea from the ground up and worked as a team to develop this ultra addicting game for Android.

ComboStore Review:

Overall the game has a really cool concept and an awesome feel to it. The app deserves much higher results, but because of the “silent” release, its maximum rank is 155 in Turkey. It has never reached a place higher than 1000 in any other country. Save the Comet should be supported with traffic to score a chance at being noticed. The game is super addicting and the graphics blow other arcade-like games out of the water (or space for the matter)!

Recommendations:

• Implement a user acquisition campaign – app description should vary in language
• Execute promotion through relevant forums
• Create and run pages in the most popular social networks
• ASO – add more keywords in the description (i.e. timekiller, etc)
• Add a leaderboard in the game and/or Facebook integration
• Leverage a PR campaign informing potential users about the game “with new mechanics” – this concept is very rare nowadays
• Re-write the app’s description with emphasis on the actual gameplay
