Jam Cook is another example of a great app that is trying to stay afloat in the sea of similar cooking apps due to the lack of promotion and a clear marketing strategy. We really enjoyed testing this app and it is always a pleasure to work with such a high-quality product. However, some improvements do need to be made to expand the success of Jam Cook.

Recommendations:

• App store optimization – urgently! Rewrite the app description, change the app title and use keywords (recipes, ingredients, etc.).
• Experiment with different app icons.
• Run traffic campaigns after the landing page optimization.
• Register and manage the most popular social network pages, add icons to the site and encourage users to follow.
• Increase the amount of user reviews.
• Include a YouTube channel and partner with food bloggers.
• Increase publicity by pitching editors of relevant publications, websites, blogs, etc.
• Place a cooked meal as the second screenshot in the description so users can see a completed meal.
